Scotland Rocks!

The Scot­tish Music Awards — being held on the 4th Sep­tem­ber, 2011.
Awards range from adult alter­na­tive, new artist/group of the year to Punk record­ing artist of the year, span­ning 70 cater­gories. Formed to cel­e­brate Scot­tish tal­ent, the pros­per­ous music scene that was com­ing out of Scot­land, not aimed at major labels or big acts, but unsigned acts.

The Long Count

The Long Count, a five piece from Peter­bor­ough.
Formed from inspi­ra­tion from Sikth and Mis­ery Sig­nals in 2009, they have since toured with the likes of Deaf Havana, Young Guns and No Consequence.

They released their debut album ‘A World’s Col­lapse’ in early 2010.
