The Scottish Music Awards — being held on the 4th September, 2011.
Awards range from adult alternative, new artist/group of the year to Punk recording artist of the year, spanning 70 catergories. Formed to celebrate Scottish talent, the prosperous music scene that was coming out of Scotland, not aimed at major labels or big acts, but unsigned acts.
